At Home Express, we aim to dispatch your order quickly and provide a reliable delivery service throughout the UK.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is available on selected products. Where Next Day Delivery is shown, this applies to eligible orders placed before the stated dispatch cut-off time and is subject to courier availability.
Please note that Next Day Delivery refers to working days unless otherwise stated and cannot always be guaranteed due to circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout the UK. Additional delivery charges or longer delivery times may apply to certain locations, including:
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and other remote/offshore areas.
If an additional delivery charge applies, we will contact you before dispatch.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Large & Heavy Items
Some Home Express products are large or heavy and may require a specialist courier. Delivery times for these products may vary, and assistance may be required when accepting delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact Home Express promptly with your order details and photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to couriers, adverse weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
