These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Home Express website, operated by Home UK Express Ltd. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions and prices are accurate.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, manufacturing variations and individual screen settings.
Please check product specifications and suitability before ordering.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive confirmation that we have received it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, or we cannot deliver to the supplied address.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
4. Prices & Payment
Prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout where possible.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be dispatched.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Next Day Delivery is available on selected products and is subject to order cut-off times, working days, courier availability and delivery location.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays caused by couriers, severe weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.
Additional charges or longer delivery times may apply to remote and offshore UK locations.
6. 14-Day Cancellation & Returns
For eligible online purchases, consumers may notify us that they wish to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
After notifying us of cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
You may inspect the product as you reasonably would in a shop. Where handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods and this reduces their value, we may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from the refund.
Certain products may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law.
7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us promptly with your order information and, where appropriate, photographs.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these Terms.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Where you exercise a statutory right to cancel, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. We may withhold a refund until the goods have been returned or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, where legally permitted.
9. Gas Burners & Safety-Critical Products
Some products sold by Home Express, including LPG and commercial gas burners, require appropriate installation, connection and operation.
Customers are responsible for using the correct gas type, regulator, hose and fittings specified for the product.
Where a product is marked FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY, it must not be operated inside a home, garage, tent, caravan or other enclosed space.
Any installation or connection that legally requires a qualified professional must be carried out by an appropriately qualified person.
10. Website Use & Intellectual Property
The Home Express name, branding, website design, original photographs, graphics, descriptions and other original content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
You must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or use the website for unlawful purposes.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer protection law.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses resulting from misuse, incorrect installation or use contrary to supplied safety instructions, subject always to your statutory rights.
12. Privacy
Personal information provided when using our website or placing an order will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection requirements.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The terms applicable to your purchase will generally be those in effect when your order was placed.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in the part of the UK where you live.
